Meet Captain Joe

Hello and thanks for visiting Hooked on a Feeling Charters RI. I’m Captain Joe Bleczinski and I provide fishing or cruising trips for up to four people working out of Galilee, Rhode Island. I provide the fishing tackle and bait or bring your own. There’s nothing like a day on the ocean looking at the sites or putting fish on the deck to reinvigorate the mind and body. I offer full and half day trips or can customize the trip to your needs. Fishing inshore to Block Island and the wind farm in search of species such as black sea bass, fluke, stripers, bluefish and tautog.  I have over 50 years of ocean experience and am a 50 ton coast guard certified captain. Fishing a brand new 2023 28ft. Steiger Craft Fisherman powered by 2 300HP Mercury Verado outboard motors to get you to the fishing grounds as quickly as the sea conditions permit. boat has many amities  to make your day extremely comfortable and one to remember.
